The company was registered as a closed corporation, wholly owned and controlled by an experienced business management executives and entrepreneurs in various sectors of the economy, such as Engineering, Marketing, Property development, etc.

Social responsibility

As part of our social responsibilities, we focuses on the development programme in rural areas, through assisting in school learning & teaching aids, in terms of computers, stationeries and other learning-aids. The company also offers food donation to Orphans and Vulnerable children for DIBA CHARITY TRUST (NAMIBIA).
